  Our Client is a long established Specialist Engineering Consultancy focused on the Building Services Sector. The Queensland Branch is seeking a technically competent and commercially astute Electrical Engineer to lead their Brisbane based team.
  
  
  Reporting to the CEO, this is a Profit Centre leadership role, meaning that you will be responsible for achieving Revenue and Profit targets for the team.
  
  Other key accountabilities include:

• Providing Technical Electrical Engineering Leadership
• Building New Business and Consolidating established Client Relationships
• Building a well motivated and well performing competent team
• Successfully delivery of projects
• Achieving High Customer Satisfaction Levels.
  
  
  To succeed in this role you will possess :

• Degree qualifications and registrations as an Electrical Engineer
• Post Graduate qualifications in Business such as an MBA will be well regarded but not mandatory
• At least 10 years Post Graduate experience in the Electrical Building Services Consulting Engineering Sector.
• Mixed experience encompassing: Concept and Detailed Design; Project Management and Site Supervision on projects such as Commercial and Residential Buildings, Hospitals, Airports etc. with an emphasis on achieving ESD Standards.
• Business Development, Account/Client Management, Commercial Negotiations and Contractor Management, etc..
