Our client is a very successful Australian owned designer, importer and marketer of industrial, trade and automotive products.
In their 20 years of profitable continuous growth they have carved a reputation for innovative quality products that meet market needs.
They now wish to appoint a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer for their engineering product design team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Part of the engineering product team to achieve personal and business objectives.
- Project Management of new products from concept to market release – including some design, regulatory approval, coordinating local and offshore, supplies technical support and product drawings – that you and your colleagues undertake.
- Product evaluations and where necessary produce supplies improvement.
Personal Qualifications
- You must have tertiary qualifications in Engineering – Mechanical or Mechatronics.
- You must have at least five years in Project Design Engineering.
- You must be able to demonstrate results you have achieved through your hands-on work style.
- Ideally you have worked with local and offshore manufacturing facilities in project / product management.
