Your role

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will report to the associates and deliver high quality engineering design.
As Senior Structural Engineer, your responsibilities will include

• Delivering innovative design solutions.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Taking a proactive approach to your learning and development as well as working cooperatively with mentors to achieve your professional goals. 

You

You will have at least 5 years of experience working as a structural engineer in Australia in structural design engineering for a design consultancy. Attitude and approach to problem solving is key to being successful as a structural engineer in this consultancy. The desire to continually improve your technical skills and provide clients innovative solutions to design problems is also of high importance.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and build relationships internally and externally.
• Experience in the design and documentation of building structures.
• Competent skills designing in steel, reinforced concrete and post tensioned concrete.
• Advanced skills using analysis and design programmes such as Rapt and Spacegass.
