A Structural Steel Detailer/Modeller proficient in the use of Advance Steel drawings software is required for a renowned Melbourne company who have been operating in the fabrication and industrial buildings space for over 50 years. The successful Advanced steel Detailer/Modeller will have previous experience working with steel and ideally with in a fabrication environment.
 
In return the business will offer interesting project work and the opportunity to advance the drawing system itself working with in the team. Friendly office, good pace of work. This position has come about due to genuine growth. It is essential applicants have proven experience using the Advance Steel software.

Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification
• Minimum 5rs experience steel detailing and 3D modelling experience
• Proficient in the use of Advanced steel
• Excellent knowledge of steel fabrication & detailing standards and practices.
• Working experience of Australian codes and standards - Essential
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
