Maintenance Controller
Northrop Grumman Australia – Technology Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Australia Pty Ltd and is dedicated to providing aircraft maintenance services predominantly to the Defence Sector.
NGA-TS specialises in deeper level maintenance, repair and modification of our customers' aircraft. NGA-TS is responsible for support of Defence and Civil aircraft in the areas of Airframe, Engine, Avionics and Component Maintenance, including aircraft modification and upgrade. Comprehensive engineering, logistics and warehouse services are also maintained to fully support these aircraft maintenance programs.
NGA-TS are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Controller.
Under the supervision of the Field Service Manager and SNOCIC MCS; duties include CAMM2 data management, data checks and validation, providing continuation training to SQN members resulting from software revisions, CAMM2 Service management instructions or as identified through the Quality Management Systems, adherence to maintenance policy and Engineering instructions, and maintaining MCS related Standing Instructions.
The position is based at RAAF Base Amberley working a rotational day/afternoon shift roster with the requirement to travel between NGA-TS sites as required to support 33 SQN operations. The role resides within the NGA-TS Satellite Cell in 33SQN Maintenance Control Section (MCS).

You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring quality assurance of Authorised Maintenance Documentation (AMD)
- CAMM2 System Daily Validation Checks & Reporting on a Weekly and Monthly Basis
- Maintenance Policy Amendment Notices (MPAN) Processing & Maintaining Instructions
- Technical Data Management to ensure ongoing Technical Airworthiness AEO Engineering Order (EO) Management
- Manage asset receptions at deployed locations, deployable CAMM2 solution management and MCS Deployment kit management
- Uninstalled asset management
- Adherence to maintenance policies
- CAMM2 Down Management & CAMM2 Access Management and Training
- Business Improvement
- Comply with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards.
- Comply with the Group management system standard and associated policies in the workplace.
Knowledge and Required Personal Attributes:
- Must be an Australian citizen or be capable of attaining an Australian Defence Security clearance (essential).
- CAMM2 coursed - Data Manager (essential)
- CAMM2 and sCAMM2 system Knowledge (essential)
- Knowledge and use of Objective
- Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook proficient (essential)
- ADF AMO or ADF Technical Airworthiness Regulatory Framework experience (essential)
- Good communication skills and a team player (essential)
- KC-30A or A330 platform maintenance experience (desirable)
- Ability to be deployed domestically and internationally
