Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Construction Engineer to join our team in Canberra. This exciting role will develop your construction and contract administration skills with a dynamic and growing company, offering excellent career prospects.
About the Role:
- Manage the auditing of on-site construction activities on behalf of our client
- Liaise with authorities, clients and other stakeholders
- Manage the preparation of tenders, manage the tender process, tender assessments and reports to our clients.
- Provide advice to Project Managers and Project Directors on project related issues
- Monitor project budgets
- Monitor scope of works and variations as required
- Manage contracts
About you:
- Understand civil construction and the project lifecycle
- Preferably 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Passionate
- Professional
- Civil Engineering degree (preferred, but not essential)
- Working knowledge of contract conditions
- Project management skills
