Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Construction Engineer to join our team in Canberra. This exciting role will develop your construction and contract administration skills with a dynamic and growing company, offering excellent career prospects.

About the Role:

  • Manage the auditing of on-site construction activities on behalf of our client
  • Liaise with authorities, clients and other stakeholders
  • Manage the preparation of tenders, manage the tender process, tender assessments and reports to our clients.
  • Provide advice to Project Managers and Project Directors on project related issues
  • Monitor project budgets
  • Monitor scope of works and variations as required
  • Manage contracts

About you:

  • Understand civil construction and the project lifecycle
  • Preferably 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Passionate
  • Professional
  • Civil Engineering degree (preferred, but not essential)
  • Working knowledge of contract conditions
  • Project management skills
