Our program is responsible for developing process improvements across the division to realise efficiency increases, system modernisation using state of the art technologies, and new ways of supporting and developing our people.
 
The Opportunity 
We are looking to create a Recruitment Pool for the positions of Project Engineer (Track).These positions form a key part of our Major Works team within Sydney Trains.
 
As a Project Engineer (Track), you will be tasked with providing technical advice to support the successful delivery of projects from the small bog hole or joint replacement projects to the major turnout and diamond crossing track reconstruction projects.
 
We are looking for a Project Engineer who has substantial experience in providing engineering advice and support. Rail Experience is essential for the track and preferred for the civil roles. The ideal candidate will have experience working to practical solutions to designs, have strong technical knowledge and be able to communicate well with all stakeholders. Personal attributes include energetic, open minded, learning focussed, self-motivated, proactive and high level communication skills which are a must in order to carry out works and to gain the willing cooperation of peers and stakeholders.
