About the Role
You will be working across the following five areas:
- Governance – ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards in relation to design and engineering drafting activities conducted on tenders and projects.
- Relationships - develop relationships with external suppliers, service providers and technology providers in relation to design drafting.
- Winning Work - support the tendering and winning of new work with design and methodology drawings and visualisations.
- Project Delivery - support the delivery of projects with design and methodology drawings and visualisations.
- Continuous Improvement - contribute to continuous improvement of the Engineering function to allow the Australia business to become more competitive in winning work and more efficient in delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Ideally have a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in the engineering industry with significant exposure to structural and civil drafting
- Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
- Self-sufficient and requiring minimal supervision
- Competent in use of AutoCad, Revit, Advance Steel, 3D drafting and other drafting software
- Ability and desire to impart your 3D software skills to your team to assist in their development
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
