Based in Toowoomba, your position will primarily involve the provision of customer service outcomes to a fast paced transportation and drainage services division. Dealing with both internal team members and also constituents' enquiries, you will be responsible for undertaking investigations and responses for road enquiries including signage, road safety, parking and speed controls / traffic calming devices. You'll need to demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, allied with at least a basic grasp of civil engineering principles. An understanding of the MUTCD and AusRoads standards would be beneficial, as would a tertiary civil qualification from a TAFE or university.
