Seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a thriving building services consultancy in Melbourne.

We are working with an award winning multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based in Melbourne's CBD. They have been established in Australia for over 20 years and have a reputation of producing innovative and out of the box solutions throughout all of their work. The office has grown rapidly and thanks to strong management and a commitment to quality design, they have built a strong team of engineers and have landed a host of high-end projects.
Your New Role
You will be responsible for the engineering, design and documentation of all mechanical components relating to buildings projects, and will be supporting the senior engineers. With an extensive amount of work confirmed for the year ahead you will be working on landmark projects across the sports, education (schools & tertiary), aged-care, retail, commercial and residential sectors. Also key to this role is the ability to consult with external stakeholders. With the support of senior engineers you will liaise and manage project stakeholder and also assist in marketing the company to secure future projects.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelors degree or relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 4 years' of Australian experience within Building Services
- Experience in design & documentation across a diverse range of sectors
- Great communication skills and the ability to liaise with both internal & external stakeholders
- Somebody ambitious and in-keeping with the culture of the office
