Due to increased scope of existing and award of new contracts we  are seeking an experienced lead Engineer to join  one of our most successful business lines. The role will be responsible for delivering specialist advice and engineering expertise for  Chemical Cleaning, Decontamination and Decommisioning services.
 
 
In more detail this role will see you;

• Overseeing engineering and providing expertise to projects on client sites
• Able to advise specialist and innovative equipment
• Excellent knowledge of HSE and project delivery associated with hazards associated with the work such as:-
  • High Pressure water
  • Chemical hazards and protection
  • Vessel Entry/confined space working and Exposure limits (Norm)
  • Steam and hot surface hazards
• Supervise personnel including performance reviews and ongoing mentoring and coaching,
• Liaison with clients - addresses any customer concerns immediately and escalates issues as required.
• Work with EnerMech Pty Ltd  policies, procedures and safe work practices as well as industry and national legislation

What we are looking for

• Strong communications skills
• 3 - 5 years of Supervisory experience with a minimum of 2 years of directly related industry experience.
• Engineering qualifications or significant experience
• You are highly motivated and career oriented.
• You demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to health and safety,
• You are experienced supervising a team of technicians
• You have a working knowledge of EnerMech equipment such as skid pumps and chemical units,
• You are positive professional in your approach
