Draftsperson Required for Immediate Start
Join a team seeking to expand its growing manufacturing business in Ingleburn, NSW.
We are a small but established and diverse business supplying laser cut and fabricated metal work to the mining, infrastructure and manufacturing industries.
Day to day responsibilities would include:
- Drafting and nesting 2D CAD drawings using TruTops on material to be cut by our laser cutter.
- Helping to devise production plans in order to complete work in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the general manager in maintaining the smooth running of the business

The successful applicant will require the following skills and traits:
- A strong understanding of CAD software.
- The ability to identify and distinguish between various materials (Mild Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel)
- The ability to work independently
- Good written and communication skills.
- Punctuality.
- Any trade skills or a forklift license are considered bonuses but aren't necessary.
Experience in TruTops software will be highly regarded.
Extensive on the job training will be provided by our existing draftsperson, including training on the use of TruTops software which is specific to the machinery to be programmed.
