Due to strong continued growth, our client is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified Reliability Engineer.
Large food processing company, with major manufacturing and distribution facilities throughout Australia is now recruiting for an experienced Reliability Engineer with high end manufacturing experience, people management and a career driven attitude.
You will be responsible for working with production management to set and deliver on planned maintenance schedules, fix breakdowns and be a key participant for the development and the implementation of Asset Management and Reliability Improvement Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the effectiveness of the maintenance execution process.
- Ensure reliability best practices are being implemented
- Establish KPI’s to manage and align team.
- Drive a culture of Continuous improvement.
- Monitor short term safety plan.
- Manage Preventatiuve Maintenance plans.
You will have a proven track record of operations process engineering with experience in continuous manufacturing and all areas of RCM, RCA and FMEA. Along with a strong understanding of the Environment & OH&S Policy Guidelines, the successful applicant will also need to have key credentials:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Previously worked within food manufacturing envrionment
- Strategic approach to achieving work outcomes.
