In managing sophisticated and modern projects across commercial, retail, residential and hospital clients, you’ll be liaising with first division contractors and investor clients. Large complex brownfields projects with unique structural rise issues plus work on some of the largest residential towers in Sydney will keep you on your toes. Take an active role in not only supervising projects but also mentoring junior engineers.
 
This consultancy boasts a progressive model to their business and employees. They want all levels to understand and be involved in their big picture and development of their staff is key. They understand that by showing interest in growing their staff, in turn, their business will grow. For you, this means being mentored by a member of the Senior Management team and gaining more breadth in your project experience. The path you will be put in will see you up for an Associate position within 12 months.

At least 8-10+years experience in a consultancy environment. Structural Engineering Degree and CPEng preferred but not necessary.
