Reporting to the NSW / ACT Regional Director, the role of Operations Manager - NSW Projects is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the solutions department driving commercial and project delivery with focus on resource planning, risk mitigation and project profitability.
 
Managing a large and diverse team of Project Managers, Team Managers and Project Engineers, you are an experienced and motivational leader with a successful track record in both Commercial and Project Management in the BMS, Access Control and /or CCTV space. Your ability to build effective business partnerships with key stakeholders (Builders, developers, sub-contractors and Consulting Engineers), ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and consistent quality of delivery will set you apart from others.
 
In addition, you will possess proven skills and experience within Project delivery with specific attention in Electrical, mechanical and/or Building Management Systems, Access Control Systems and CCTV. This challenging opportunity is located at our Macquarie Park Offices in Sydney
