My client a HVAC Mechanical services contractor seeks a BIM Drafter to join their ever growing team.  They are involved in many large and complex projects, and have a great reputation spanning over 30 years.

The job:

• Bim modelling, while cooridnating with key stakeholders and issuing completed drawings and models
• Autocad shop drawing drafting and design of HVAC systems
• Use of integrated BIM tools to calculate HVAC systems to merge the disciplines of engineering and drafting
• Site inspections and as-built condition evaluations for fit-out projects
• Resource allocation and scheduling to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role with a mechanical contractor
• Australian experience is essential
