Senior Civil Design Engineer 

• At least 3 years of utilisation just on this one project (but you can bet there will be a lot more work coming from this developer).
• Stormwater & Civil Design for land development projects with a major emphasis on large scale residential subdivisions across NSW
• Support in the management of this team of 30+.
• Lead and manage an elite and dependable team of 6-8.
• No Business Development Expectations, with well-established private and public networks secured

 Senior Civil Design Engineer

• The initial focus is on technical Civil land development design, but there are other options to involve yourself in site and project management work.
• You will be trained up across all facets and work across all areas of urban infrastructure with a key focus on industrial and residential subdivisions in Sydney.
• Solid relationships with only the top tier land developers.

Senior Civil Engineer

• Smaller firm with real progression opportunity. Realistically progress to Director in 24months.
• Site inspections and business development. 
• Manage medium-large size projects.
• Take two graduates under your wing to mentor along with your team of 5.
• Large scale subdivisions projects to 1000 lots + all civil works. 
• Shareholdings on offer.
