Building Services Coordinator
This role will be a site based role and will be managing all of the building services installation including mechanical, electrical, gas and HVAC. You will be programming works and scheduling in subcontractors. You will be responsible for quality assurance and be there to solve on site issues.
The right person for this role will either have been in a Building Services coordinator role for another Commercial builder or have come from a subcontractor having been in a Junior PM or PM role working on services for commercial projects. You will be extremely well organised and be confident in managing subcontractors on site. You must have the knowledge of how to install services as well as be able to read & follow plans.
