Branch Manager - HVAC Wholesale (Epping area)

Vacancy synopsis
 
Our client is a leading HVAC wholesaler and are rapidly growing within the Melbourne market. As a result of this they are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Branch Manager, ideally from within a trade or wholesale background to join their team in their new store in Epping.
 
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:
 

• Provide management support in trade sales, customer service, administration and warehousing;
• Utilise your customer service excellence and sales experience to ensure the branch is operating efficiently to an agreed business plan, resulting in increased revenue, within a safe and collaborative environment;
• Achieve sales targets and budgets;
• Utilise your initiative and industry knowledge to gain business growth and continuous improvement.

 
As the ideal candidate, you will have the following:

• Previous experience in face to face sales ideally within a trade or wholesale environment;
• Previous experience in leading a small team;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure you build strong relationships with both staff and customers;
• A strong customer relationship focus;
• A sound knowledge in safety applications and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and ideally Navison;
• A willingness to learn and grow in our expanding business;
• Previous trade qualifications in a relevant field will also be highly regarded.
