- Design reviews and construction supervision of projects
- Analysis of structures, team meetings, site inspections and production of drawings for both consultants and contractors in the public and private sectors
- Work autonomously on site, liase with contractors
- Ensure code-compliant, easy to build and cost-effective structures
- Sectors - tall buildings, landmark structures, health and institutional, plenty of multi-storey developments up to $600M
- Potential secondment to client offices for major reviews
- Reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, steel plated structures and masonry structures in application in single storey, multi-storey, tall buildings
- Plenty of growth internally and expansion of business sectors to create new opportunities for those looking to progress through the ranks
- Definitely enough pipeline and more work they can poke a stick at which will also aid your career progression down the track.
Must have 5-10+years of consulting experience within the buildings/property sector in a consulting environment. Site inspections experience needed.
