ABOUT THE COMPANY
Exceptional firm looking to add to their Civil Engineering Team in the capacity of Design Manager. This highly regarded and award winning firm are VERY well known in the land development and broader development sectors for all the right reasons.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Director and liaising with the Construction Manager, your role is to complete projects in a timely fashion keeping ALL involved parties updated on a consistent basis.
DUTIES
- Lead the Civil design group
- Design and implement templates and standards as required.
- Manage and mentor staff as required
- Liaise with clients ans various authorities
- Manage productivity and efficiency's within the group
- Play a hands on role in business development
- Network and promote various sectors throughout the business.
- Working on short, medium and long term strategies for the group as a whole
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Must have 10 plus years experience in design with the land development sector
- Previous experience in managing staff would be advantageous
- Experience using 12D
- A self start who is highly motivated
- Civil Engineering degree
- Must be comfortable with warm business development
- An entrepreneurial streak wouldn't go astray either!
