Residential Estimator, Newcastle / Central Coast

We're searching for a residential Sales & Production Estimator to add to their established and stable brand, working on a mixture of design and construct housing and project housing.  

With a significant pipeline of guaranteed orders, new land releases, display homes and developments coming to fruition, this company offers a working environment that is second to none, and will give you exposure to cutting edge techniques and practices together with a rewarding culture. 

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar capacity with a home builder. You will demonstrate a track record in an estimating capacity, ideally using Databuild, Timberline or similar.  You should have trade or tertiary background and a good understanding of the construction process. You will relish exposure to more sophisticated housing product and enjoy a passion for the property and construction industry.
