About The Role:
 
We are currently seeking Safety Managers with Civil Construction industry experience to assist with various short and long term contracts in Sydney. 

Our clients are offering excellent hourly rates, supportive environments, and are working on iconic infrastructure projects and therefore need exceptional Safety Managers. These projects include road, rail, bridges, tunnels and maintenance projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and monitoring OH&S Management Systems.
• Ensuring best practice principles are adhered to.
• Undertaking site inspections.
• Develop & review SWMS.
• Risk assessments and accident investigations.
• Implementing and monitoring OH&S Management Systems.
• Auditing.
• Tool Box Talks.

 
As The Successful Candidate You Will Have: 

• Cert IV OHS - Minimum.
• First Aid.
• Experience in a similar role within the Civil Construction industry.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Strong negotiation techniques.
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Minimum 5-10+ years Australian Safety experience.

To be shortlisted for any of these exciting upcoming positions it is essential you have local Civil Construction industry experience.
