They have established themselves across Australia, delivering top class projects across a range of sectors including Retail, Hospitality, and Mixed-use, with a client list boasting some of the Melbourne’s most iconic businesses and value of works up to 30million+. The company prides itself on its open-plan office space, flexibility, engaging teamwork and passionate staff.
  
They have a requirement for an Estimator to join one of their four delivery pre-construction teams. Your role will work closely with the Team Leader/ Senior Project Manager and team of site managers, project assistants and contract administrators.  This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator from the subcontractor side or an estimator wanting to further their career and work on well-known projects and locations.
  
As the successful Estimator you will be expected to take the lead on the pricing, bids, manage cost plans, and deliver winning strategies on projects ranging in value from $1m up to $30m.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualified & around 5-6 years relevant experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Good teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Great ‘can do’ attitude
• Commercial fit out/ refurbishment projects experience
• You will be an outgoing, personable individual with exceptional communication skills
• Experience working on D&C and hard tenders
• In depth knowledge of local supply chain necessary
• Relevant tertiary qualification
