As a Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring your team of removalists, drivers, installers, and IT technicians provide a memorable service experience to customers, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.
You will have the following key areas of responsibility:
Site Coordination
- Manages the onsite coordination of work and people to ensure processes are followed and client/project outcomes are met
- Liaises between internal team and client to ensure all parties are kept informed of progress, issues and requirements
Labouring
- Manages internal and external furniture relocations including safe moving and assembly of furniture and workstations
People & Culture
- Builds team skills and ensure teams are capable of delivering the work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Ensures all team members understand what they need to do, their areas of focus, expected timeframes and the required outcomes of each project
- Ensures all crew members follow procedures, use the tools and equipment correctly, and deliver the expected work outcomes in line with the values and behaviours required for success
Safety
- Ensures all crew are operating in a manner that ensures workplace health and safety across all work environments. Areas of focus
