About the Role: 
The Company is seeking Estimators of all levels who have ideally worked on both new build and refurbishment projects with an established head contractor or developer on projects of at least $3million. Within this role you will be providing a quality estimating service, preparing tenders and supporting the company on the successful completion of their projects while helping the direction of the division.      

Duties:

• Provide quality estimating service
• Tender and bid management
• Quantify project components
• Negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
• Liaise with consultants and internal teams 

  
Skills and Experience:  

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications 
• Local Experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• An adaptive nature
• Developed computer skills 
• Quantity Surveyor / QS background also considered
