Your new company
My Exclusive Client is a well-established Apartment builder developer who specialises in delivering Luxury Apartments and Townhouse Developments to the value of $35M. Because of their outstanding build quality, they are now being gifted tenders by a loyal client base. Due to 5 up and coming Apartment/Townhouse projects, they are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their growing team to deliver a 5 storey, $35M Apartment project in Mulgrave.
Your new role
As a Site Manager:
- You will be responsible for the delivery of a $35M Apartment project.
- You will be responsible for conducting toolbox meetings, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met.
- Working alongside the Project Manager to ensure the efficient management of day to day operations.
- Procure building materials, plant and equipment hire and effectively manage site resources.
- You will be responsible for delivering the above project from the ground up.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction or carpentry trade qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in the delivery of $15M+ Apartment projects is essential.
- Ability to achieve quality outcomes coupled with a can do attitude, through collaborative client based outcome solutions.
- Experience on delivering projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability/ambition to mentor the junior staff moving through.
- Ambition to stick with a growing company for the next 5-10 years
