The Role...
The project you will be joining is a 6 Storey and Basement Residential project in Sydney. The project has100 apartments in total including 1,2&3 bedroom apartments. Your role as Site Manager will be very hands on and will give you the opportunity to run your own site and manage the day to day work on the project.
The major responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage Site Safety
- Coordinate the trades and subcontractors on site
- Ensure work milestone dates are met
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
You will need...
- Proven experience and ability to run your own site successfully.
- Experience managing similar mid rise projects
- Excellent OH&S and WHS knowledge
- Knowledge and Experience with Water Table Construction processes
