About the role
Redink Homes South West are seeking an experience Estimator to join our vibrant team based in Bunbury. Your role will include New Home Costing, Pre-Contract quotation checks, Prestart Costings, Siteworks Costings, answering queries from Sales Representative and the office.

Skills and experience
Not a requirement but preferable, the successful candidate will have:-
- Be able to work at a fast pace in a team environment
- Minimum 2 years experience in Estimating
- Show initiative, leadership and have a 'can do attitude'
- Be Familiar with Databuild and Costing Manager
- Reliable, professional and good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and show attention to details
- Sound Computer Skills - Excel in particular
- Ability to read and interpret builders working and drawings
- The ability to cost individual one off designs at sales stage
- Intricate supplier and product knowledge
