Hays has recently partnered with q well-known national fit out & refurbishment contractor to assist in the recruitment of a Contract Administrator. This business has been operating nationally for over 30 years and in that time have developed a reputation for delivering fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from $1million- $20 million. This business also has other arms that specialise in industrial and commercial construction.
Your new role
This role will be both office and site based depending on the project size, it will be working on large commercial refurbishments predominately in Brisbane’s CBD. The role will have the assistance of a Project Manager who is well known for creating a culture within their team where there is career progression and the ability to learn from this experienced individual.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator, you will have commercial construction experience however it will be highly regarded if you have come from a fitout/ refurbishment contractor. You will hold a tertiary qualification in construction management or have worked your way from the tools and progressed into a CA role for the last 5 years.
