About The Role
-    Manage the tender process from receiving of plans to tender submission
-    Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors
-    Receive support from Senior estimator
-    Develop relationships with clients and key stake-holders

Your Background
-     Have industry experience, ideally in the commercial space
-     Standard knowledge of Commercial building, including D&C projects
-     Strong communication skills
-     Eye for detail with take-offs etc

-     Ability to run your own projects how you want to.
