A solid residential builder in the Eastern Suburbs, whom pride their high end finishes, on a team of savvy Project Managers and Foreman with a excellent eye for detail.
They deliver high end residential apartments with superior finishes and are well known to their “repeat business clients” dominating in their field on projects up to $25 million.

About the role
At the finale of this build, your contract will take you up to November 2018.
As one of their Finishes Foreman you will be expected to take ownership of the project completion stages, supervising site activities and delegating as necessary.
Ideally you will have gained similar experience working on Commercial / Residential Projects over $15 million AUD and be confidant in working autonomously and delivering high end finishes, solid safety and completing the project on time and Budget.
Duties:
- Preparing programmes
- Adherence to BCA standards
- Site Inspections, establishment and testing.
- Daily and Monthly reporting
- OH&S
- Subcontractor site Inductions
- Managing onsite issues
- Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.
Skills and Experience:
- You will have a minimum of 3 year’s experience working on similar projects.
- You will be highly motivated and ambitious Finishes Foreman priding yourself on your work and the finer details.
- Exceptional Communication skills
- A “can do” positive attitude and confidence.
- Good management approach.
