THE ROLE

An intermediate level Estimator is required but they will also consider a QS looking to move away from Consultancy. You will be well supported, working on a well-resourced team in the delivery of a diverse range of exciting tenders. 

DUTIES

• Project Costings 
• Work closely with the Estimating Manager
• Compile and Issue Tender Packages
• Take-Offs and Quote Comparisons
• Involvement in Value Engineering

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Construction, Engineering or Design related Qualifications
• Experience working on a range of Local Projects
• Practical Construction Knowledge
• Strong Communication Skills - both Written and Verbal
• Motivation to Grow with a Business
