The Role
Help make a real difference to our people, our processes and our customers.
The role is designed to provide administrative assistance to the Project Coordinators to support the day-to-day management of multiple project installations, including but not limited to: resource co-ordination; data input; critical site information follow-up and the resolution of post installation, warranty and invoicing issues.
As a key member of a small dynamic operations team, you'll focus on assigned installation projects, coordinating workflow and resources to achieve start-up, completion, revenue and cost control targets.
A hands-on role where you will be responsible for the integrity of client files as they progress through the installation journey (post sale to invoice).
Engage all necessary stakeholders on a day to day basis, building rapport and negotiating to facilitate smooth transition from sale, through project delivery and onto compliance.
Troubleshooting issues and challenges, and focusing on continuous improvement in line with business strategy.

Qualifications & Experience
- Scheduling and workforce planning
- Administration of projects and work flow
- Certificate in administration and/or management
- Microsoft Office competent
- Scheduling software
- Multi-tasking and attention to detail

Remuneration
Permanent, full time position
50k - 60k + superannuation (experience dependent)
