- Projects range from $4mil to $30mil
- Run and co-ordinate all site activities
- Liaison with architect, engineers, subcontractors, clients & unions
- Manage and drive sub contractors
- Maintain & control all on-site records
- Run project to the construction programme, specification & budget
- Overseeing all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplace
- Deliver project on time & to budget
- Building trade background or related degree
- Demonstrated history as Site Manager on these types of jobs
- Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
