Seeking experienced Construction / Civil Project Manager - Based on Brisbane North Side with Intrastate / Interstate Travel - $70 - $100k Base

Our client is a fast expanding security fencing company servicing the Construction, Government and Civil Engineering sectors. 100% Australian-owned, this company prides themselves on providing high quality fences and gates from design & supply to installation. 

The Role
The primary responsibility for this role is the ability to manage multiple projects while taking a proactive approach to developing and implementing new and existing business plans. You will be responsible for managing and reporting all elements of project delivery.  

Duties

• Undertake and maintain to a high standard - forecasting, scheduling and QC of all projects
• Deliver projects to established schedule and budget
• Manage clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain relationships with new & existing clients and stakeholders
• Assist with bid submissions
• Ensure a high level of focus in quality, safety and environmental objectives  
• Reporting on safety, financial, quality and scheduling

Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role within the Construction / Civil Engineering sectors
• Contract Management experience
• Project Manager, Supervisor or Leading Hand experience 
• Experience in fencing / security fencing & gates (highly desired)
• Experience managing head contractors and subcontractors 
• Excellent time management & communication skills
• Display positive traits in leadership and teamwork 
• Commitment to safety and compliance.
