THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:
With your technical knowledge of Commercial and Infrastructure and related building scope, you will:

• Read and interpret all contract documents, drawings and technical specifications,
• Understand client required project outcomes in regard to budget, safety, client expectations and time restraints,
• Ensure Company rights under the contract are protected by consistent and disciplined administration of the contract,
• Develop and manage the project construction program,
• Prepare and administer the project budget for the successful financial management of project cash flow requirements,
• Procurement of project materials and subcontractors in accordance with company procedure,
• Select, procure and manage subcontractors including participation of subcontractor agreements, processing of progress and variation claims,
• Attend and participate in project and site meetings,
• Develop, approve & disseminate HSE and QA.
• Participating in all stages of tender submission
• Obtain reliable suppliers and subcontractors for quotes to be included in tenders
• Work closely with the Pre-Contracts Manager, Senior Estimators and other key stakeholders to maximize opportunities for future work.

THE CANDIDATE:
Whilst technical experience is of importance to us, to be considered you will have:

• Experience in building commercial buildings (i.e: apartments, schools)
• A minimum of 5 years ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE as above
