About the role

 We are seeking an experienced tradesperson with supervision experience working on commercial construction, refurbishment and fit out projects.

You'll fit right in if you...

• Are trade qualified (Carpenter or Gyprocker preferred) with experience in the construction industry essential
• Can combine hands on trade works with site supervision
• Have great communication skills and a no hassles, can do attitude
• Are comfortable interacting with clients and professionally representing the business
• Are able to motivate and lead a team to get the job done on time with no defects
• Are resilient and adapts quickly to solve problems
• Have good attention to detail and accuracy - takes pride in, and ownership of, work
• Have an unwavering focus on safety and compliance to ensure the well-being of all staff on site
• Are an Australian resident or have full working rights in Australia with recent local experience
