Operating within the Design & Construct and Development sectors this  contractor truly believes in their ability to deliver complex projects to the highest standards, exceeding their client's expectations.  They continue to succeed due to their client satisfaction which has seen them win projects across a range of sectors including high rise resi, mixed use, and commercial.
 
Due to their continued success they are looking to employ a Project Manager to deliver a key project for them North of the CBD.  This is a apartment development that is valued at circa $20m.  

The contractor prides itself on delivering a quality product, and in order to deliver it needs people who are invested and fit into their collaborative culture. They enjoy a very high retention rate with staff and you will have a proven delivery team to work with.  

Ideally we are looking for a Project Manager who has a proven ability to manage projects from initial concept through to practical completion while managing client expectations, programme, quality, budget and safety on projects ranging from $10m to $80m across the commercial, retail, and residential sectors.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for front end client negotiation, design management, contractual and commercial performance though to delivery and handover. With this in mind we are looking for an accomplished Project Manager who has worked on $20m plus projects working for a tier two contractor with full autonomy on projects. 

You'll be able to work closely with internal and client teams to forge strong working relationships and help secure future work. You'll report to the Directors who have an open door policy and a pragmatic approach to contracting.
