Production Estimator - Oak Flats NSW 2529
Essential criteria:
• Demonstrated previous building experience.
• Ability to produce accurate estimates and analyse and review these for a wide range of building works and projects.
• Experience in analysing quotation documents and plans for variations for on-site works.
• Budget management experience, including good pricing skills across all trades and the ability to identify opportunities for cost improvement.
• Strong computer literacy, with specific experience in construction and estimating software.
• High level attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and other GJG team members
• Strong communication skills.
• A proven aptitude for problem solving.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
Qualifications in construction management, or a building related field, will be a strong advantage. A comprehensive salary will be offered commensurate
