Experienced Production Estimator required for immediate start, robust company custom & volume building
Your new company
Our client is an established builder within the inner North Western suburbs of Melbourne, being competitive within the booming residential market they are looking for an experienced Senior Production Estimator to join their team. Being a robust mid-level building group, our client handles up to 500 homes a year, including medium density and knock down re-build projects, across various areas of Melbourne as well having a footprint in Queensland. The handle on the market across Victoria stems from their long term management team with well over 15 years of experience in the residential sector.
Your new role
• Preparing and updating Production estimates
• Creating quantity take off reports
• Assure that BAQ and purchase orders are processed
• Run all orders and take offs via Databuild
• Liaise with key stakeholders on the production process
What you'll need to succeed
• 3+ years of experience in Estimating role
• Understanding of Volume and Custom build process
• Proficiency of Databuild or similar Estimating software
• Carpentry background is favourable
• High level of professional communication skills
