To keep pace with our growth trajectory, we are now hiring for an experienced Scheduler.
Primary Contribution Areas:
- As a Scheduler, you’ll be responsible to provide an accurate bill of quantities, price materials & labour to specification and details for assigned jobs.
- Allocate suppliers for quoting of jobs and review quotes against specification and plans.
- Review under construction schedules and write-outs of jobs to analyze variances and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support to contracts admin and drafting teams.
- Liaise with Estimating on costs/allowances and assist Construction Supervisors with administration queries.

- At least 5 years of similar/relevant experience within New Home Building industry in Australia.
- Diploma in Building & Construction / Cert IV in Estimating.
- Proficient in understanding of residential construction methodologies.
- Experience with double storeys and development units will be preferred.
- Proficient in learning and use of IT systems and MS Excel expert.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and drive for results.
- Share a passion for helping clients become happy home builders and driven by contributing to business success
