CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER
Probuild (NT) are seeking a highly motivated individual, for a Full Time position with an immediate start, based out of our Alice Springs Branch.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of onsite staff, labour needs, Subcontractor’s delivery and WHS/QA compliance. The role requires the person to have an eye for detail and a strong focus on QA.
This position is for both remote area and town based work.
The successful applicant will ideally have eexperience with all facets of commercial & residential construction; preference is sought with someone who can demonstrate proactive planning with procurement, programming and staff management, plus;
Ability to work efficiently and within given time frames
Excellent Interpersonal & Leadership Skills
Understanding of QA & WHS compliance criteria
Ability to co-ordinate sub-contractors to ensure work flow
Strong Communication Skills
Must hold a Current Drivers Licence & Construction White Card
Current WWC Clearance or willing to undergo
This role would suit someone with a trade background, who has a hands-on approach.
Remuneration Package negotiated based on experience. Prior experience in Site Management / Site Supervision is essential.
