Working across Sydney, the company is seeking a qualified carpenter who has been in a leading hand role for the past year or longer. Currently the company works on single story homes, townhouses and apartments and potentially will be looking at commercial opportunities in the future. You will work alongside the site manager, to ensure all works are completed on time and within budget without sacrificing the quality of the build. You will need to be a strong leader to help the company with their current and future projects, and there will be a scope to move into more senior roles as time progresses.
About the role of Site Supervisor:
- Liaise with construction and site managers and supervisors
- Ensure all completed works are of the highest standard within budgets and time frame
- Work closely with the site manager from slabdown to handover
Responsibilities & Experience
- Cert IV in Carpentry
- Relevant industry qualifications and cards
- Residential housing experience and
