Wagners concrete operates both permanent and mobile plants on various existing company and project sites across Australia. Due to further growth and expansion within this market, Wagners require an experienced Executive to provide leadership for our Mobile Concrete and Crushing businesses, located in Toowoomba.
Your New Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Construction Materials & Services, this rare opportunity will see you work alongside a highly experience Leadership team across multiple sites. Primarily, this position provides leadership to the Mobile Concrete and Crushing business units that operate across Australia. In addition, this position will also be responsible for managing the unit’s activities effectively to achieve set organisational strategies in the areas of Health & Safety, Business Growth, Productivity and Financial Performance.
Critical to the success of this role is your significant experience and proven knowledge across all areas in concrete and quarrying operations. As is your experience in project work and managing multiple sites. Your demonstrated ability to proactively lead a large team whilst developing and maintaining client relationships along with pursuing further business opportunities will be essential to your success in this role.
