The role
You will be part of a dynamic and multi-skilled team, estimating from first principals for projects up to around $2 million, as well as maintenance contracts. The projects are spread across commercial, retail, sporting, medical and educational. On the maintenance side, there are contracts with a wide range of private and public organisations.
You
Trade or tertiary qualified, you will need a few years of similar estimating experience, including structural elements, and be accustomed to a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment.. Your strengths will include reading construction drawings, quantity take-offs, construction programming and the ability to think laterally and work under pressure..
