Our client is a national, award winning Residential Developer with a great reputation for providing a fantastic organisational culture consisting of a strong commitment to their people and a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. Their development activities include home building, land development, integrated housing and medium density.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join their Melbourne team. This is a diverse role comprising of new builds and upgrades across a range of projects and locations. As an experienced Project Manager you will provide mentoring and leadership to Assistant Project Managers whilst ensuring your projects are delivered on time and on budget.

We are looking for someone with the following skillset and experience:

• Degree qualifications in Construction or similar
• Strong previous experience in residential construction as a Project Manager, ideally within a Developer, Consultancy or Client-Side Project Management company
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience across Residential Land, Medium Density and Housing 
• Extensive Residential construction experience/knowledge
• Australian citizenship and local working experience is essential
• Drivers licence and own vehicle and ability to travel if required, both within Melbourne and interstate on occasion
