Manage a project team in the delivery of several iconic Apartment projects in the inner Melbourne suburbs.
Your new company
My client is a well-established, Tier 3 apartment builder with over 10 years of success in constructing boutique Apartments for their loyal client base. This is a company that prides themselves on their ability to deliver a product that exceeds clients' expectations from design to project handover. Based in the Northern suburbs, they are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join their progressive team to work on up and coming projects.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
- Driving projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Driving projects to an effective and successful conclusion.
- Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction.
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role at an Apartment Builder in Australia.
- A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors.
- An attitude which reflects our client’s culture which is positive and solutions focused.
- Excellent presentation, leadership and communication skills.
