Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Fit-outs)

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company located in South Melbourne.  They have enjoyed continued growth for the past two decades and are currently delivering $140m in projects annually. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a project delivery team on a full time basis to work on new & ongoing projects. 

Reporting to a highly accomplished Construction Manager, you will be engaged on a variety of projects in sectors such as Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial Office, Retail, Education and Public Works. To be considered here, you must have 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within a commercial construction company. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven services experience is essential, as well as an ability to manage and mentor less experienced staff. A relevant tertiary qualification would also be preferential.
