The Client
  
They are a well-established, Melbourne base fit out and refurbishment builder that deliver a range of projects across the commercial, laboratory, health, multi-story and retail sectors. They have built a strong reputation with their clients and employee’s where they have a high staff retention rate due to the culture and variety of projects within the business. They have a very experienced and ambitious senior management team.
  
The Role
  
Due to continued growth within their business and several projects due to kick off in the coming weeks, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to work across projects ranging from $500k up to $5m in value.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience
• varied refurbishment project experience
• Experience of handling complex or unusual sites
• Strong programming skills
• Ability to concurrently run multiple projects
• Able to build relationships with clients
